Management Information Systems
MIS Director
Responsible
for the overall direction, planning, organization, and
supervision of the Management Information Systems for
the organization. Also, serve as an integral member of
the key staff and sub-groups as appointed. Manages MIS
and telephone system for multiple sites. Coordinate
system training for the staff. Serves on the Enhancement
Team. Must possess a Bachelors degree in Management
Information Systems, Computer Science or related
field.3-5 years computer programming experience, UNIX
experience. Needs to have the ability to comprehend and
implement reporting requirements from funding sources.
Program writer for UNIX system. Knowledge of CITRIX
environment desirable. Strong interpersonal skills,
ability to maintain hardware and software. Ability to
train staff in use of hardware and software
Administration
Administrative Assistant
This position
is responsible for clerical and administrative support
within the administrative services area. Minimum
Associate’s degree in Business or its equivalency. The
individual in this position must possess good human
relations skills, excellent keyboarding and computer
skills, office organizational skills. Two (2) years
experience in a corporate setting
Fiscal
Senior
Accountant
This position
is responsible for the maintaining of ledgers and files
on all funding sources. Prepares monthly financial
reports and assists in the preparation and monitoring of
the annual budget. Reconciles billing and receivable
activities to general ledger monthly. Bachelors degree
in Accounting required, 3 to 5 years experience desired.
Children
and Adolescent Services
Director
of Children/Adolescent Services
Responsible for overseeing all
programs relating to clinical service delivery for
children and adolescents. Participate in all
re-certification and monitoring activities. Supervises
all clinical supervisors of youth services programs.
Assures compliance with Department of Mental Health
standards as well as various programs funding sources.
Monitors staff productivity. Masters degree in
Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, PHD Preferred
LCSW or LPC required. Clinical supervision experience
required.
Outpatient Clinical Services
Advanced
Practice Nurse
Works in collaboration
physicians to offer the following direct patient care:
Dispense medicine, write prescriptions, medication
services follow up, psychological evaluations,
group/individual therapy in addition to regular nursing
service. Must be a R.N. with a Master's degree in
nursing; a minimum of 2 years experience working with
the mentally ill, and have successfully completed
advanced pharmacology course. Experience working with
adults and children is a plus.
Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Center
Community
Support Worker - Adult
Provide services to clients in community setting. Assist
clients in maintaining a positive adjustment to living
within a community setting. Knowledge of DSMIV,
community resources, and crisis intervention experience
desired. BA in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or
other related field. One year of experience working with
the chronically mentally ill making home visits a plus.
Community Support Workers (CPRC-JR) Children/Adolescent
Provide services to children, adolescents and their
families in a community setting. Assist clients in
maintaining a positive adjustment to living within a
community setting. Knowledge of DSM IV, community
resources, and crisis intervention experience desired.
BA in Psychology or related field required. One year of
experience working with the chronically mentally ill
making home visits a plus.
Targeted Case Management
Children’s
Targeted Case Manager
Arranges and coordinates
linkage of services necessary to help clients improve
their overall quality of life. Development and
monitoring of a comprehensive and individualized
treatment plan which includes specific outcomes with
varied goals, service and support needs, and person(s)
responsible. A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in
Psychology, Social Work or related field is required,
Master degree preferred. One year or more years working
with individuals in crises and/or working with the
mentally ill required.

Records Department
Medical
Records Clerk
Maintaining, filing and
retrieval of client records for daily clinic
appointments. Maintain form supply for therapist use.
Acceptance of Release of Medical Information forms from
clients. Schedule client appointments. Perform other
duties as assigned. Maintain medical records sign-out
policy and procedures. HS diploma required.
Transportation
On-Call
P/T Driver
Transport clients to and from center sites. Travel
between sites for deliveries and pick-up of interoffice
mail. Transport clients for outings. Transport clients
to and from their homes for center medical appointments.
CDL or Chauffeurs license required.
