Outpatient Clinical Services

Therapist / Case Manager
Conduct assessments perform case management and individual and group therapy for adults, youths and families. Masters degree in Social Work or a related field, LCSW or LPC Missouri license required. Minimum of two (2) years post graduate clinical experience in a variety of treatment modalities.

Advanced Practice Nurse

Works in collaboration physicians to offer the following direct patient care: Dispense medicine, write prescriptions, medication services follow up, psychological evaluations, group/individual therapy in addition to regular nursing service. Must be a R.N. with a Master's degree in nursing; a minimum of 2 years experience working with the mentally ill, and have successfully completed advanced pharmacology course. Experience working with adults and children is a plus.

Co-Occurring substance abuse

Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (QSAP) –

This professional will provide counseling and guidance to clients and their families coping with substance abuse. Experience in needs assessment, rehabilitation plan development, and individual/group counseling required. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or another closely related field, at least 3 years experience in facility or community program providing treatment and rehabilitation of clients with substance abuse problems

Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for direct clinical and administrative oversight of all services provided in connection with Hopewell Center’s role as treatment provider for the SAMHSA-funded System of Care grant given to the Missouri Department of Mental Health (i.e., Transitions). Working under the supervision of Hopewell Center’s Director of Children/Adolescent Services, the Clinical Coordinator’s re will include strategic planning, training, networking, and clinical supervision, as well as the provision of assessment and treatment services to clients and families. The Clinical Coordinator will also serve as the primary liaison between Hopewell Center and other grant-related participants and stakeholders A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling with a minimum of two (2) years experience in the provision of direct clinical services to children and families is required. Two (2) years experience in clinical supervision and/or management is also required.

Care Coordinator

Work collaboratively with clients, families, and team members to provide culturally competent assessment and intensive case management services that recognize the unique needs and strengths of each youth and family. A minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Nursing or other related field and one year of clinical experience are required. Excellent clinical, analytic, and communication skills are a must.  

Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center

Community Support Supervisor

Supervise a team of community support workers providing services to adults in a community setting. Provide some case management for clients. Processes initial new client enrollment documentation. Audits and validates staff billing. Masters degree in a mental health related field required.

Community Support Worker - Adult
Provide services to clients in community setting. Assist clients in maintaining a positive adjustment to living within a community setting. Knowledge of DSM IV, community resources, and crisis intervention experience desired. BA in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other related field. One year of experience working with the chronically mentally ill making home visits a plus.
